About the Role:
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and dependable *Personal Assistant* to support Mr. Himish Agarwal (Director, Konark Weddings). The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day tasks while also providing hands-on support in event planning, operations, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily schedule
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams on behalf of the Director
- Assist in *pre-event planning* – reviewing timelines, vendor briefs, checklists
- Support with *on-ground operations* during events – logistics, guest coordination, last-minute troubleshooting
- Maintain documentation, reports, and client communication records
- Assist with follow-ups, presentations, proposals, and project timelines
- Manage travel and stay bookings, especially during destination weddings
- Ensure smooth communication flow across departments
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience as a PA or in event coordination/operations
