About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Wedding Decor Designer with proven experience in conceptualizing and executing high-end wedding decor themes. The ideal candidate should have an eye for aesthetics, a strong understanding of materials and trends, and the ability to translate client visions into unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design bespoke wedding themes and decor layouts based on client briefs

- Create mood boards, visual presentations, and 3D mock-ups

- Collaborate with production, floral, lighting, and styling teams

- Source materials, fabrics, props, and decor elements

- Conduct on-site supervision during set-up and execution

- Manage design budgets and timelines

- Stay updated on design trends in weddings, fashion, and lifestyle

Key Skills:

- Strong visual design and aesthetic sense

- Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Canva, Adobe Suite)

- Material & color palette knowledge
