Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive annual marketing strategy that aligns with Aouraa Production's business development goals, focusing on lead generation, client acquisition, and brand awareness. Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI across all channels. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify new opportunities for growth. Conduct thorough research to understand local market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to guide marketing strategy and improve campaign effectiveness. Brand Management & Communications Ensure all marketing materials and communications maintain a consistent, high-quality, and on-brand voice and aesthetic. Manage Public Relations (PR) efforts, including drafting press releases for major events and securing media coverage.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of wedding events—from concept development and vendor management to execution and post-event follow-up. You will work closely with couples to bring their vision to life, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. Key Responsibilities Meet with clients to understand their vision, style, budget, and expectations. Develop and manage comprehensive wedding plans, timelines, and checklists. Source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors including venues, florists, photographers, caterers, musicians, and more. Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency. Oversee event design, décor, and logistics to align with the client’s vision. Conduct venue visits and walkthroughs to finalize layouts and setups. Handle guest management, seating arrangements, invitations, and RSVPs. Supervise event day setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure flawless delivery.
