Role Description

Wedding Planner

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their vision, style, budget, and expectations.
• Develop and manage comprehensive wedding plans, timelines, and checklists.
• Source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors including venues, florists, photographers, caterers, musicians, and more.
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Oversee event design, dcor, and logistics to align with the client's vision.
• Conduct venue visits and walkthroughs to finalize layouts and setups.
• Handle guest management, seating arrangements, invitations, and RSVPs.
• Supervise event day setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure flawless delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any last-minute issues calmly and efficiently.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure repeat business and referrals.
