The role involves managing vendor coordination, client servicing, logistics planning, and on-ground execution while ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently in line with the company's process framework. Key Responsibilities: ● Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of weddings and related events. ● Manage event logistics, vendor timelines, and checklists for each function. ● Maintain and update vendor and venue databases, ensuring all operational records are accurate and current. ● Support in preparing project plans, budgeting documents, and event flow schedules. ● Supervise on-ground event execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to design and service standards. ● Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to align client expectations with operational deliverables. ● Handle post-event documentation, payment coordination, and feedback reporting. ● Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements for workflow efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field. ● 1–3 years of experience in operations, preferably in the wedding or event management industry . ● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. ● Excellent communication and coordination skills. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of CRM or project management tools (e.g. Zoho) is an advantage. ● Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously. ● Willingness to travel and be on-site during event execution.
