Role Description

Wedding Decor Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design décor themes for weddings, corporate events, private functions, and special occasions.
• Develop mood boards, sketches, 3D renders, and detailed layout plans for client presentations.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and operations teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with budgets.
• Source materials, props, furniture, and décor elements while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Oversee on-site décor setup and ensure final execution matches the approved design.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in décor, floral arrangements, lighting, and styling.
• Coordinate with vendors, florists, fabricators, and other creative partners for timely production.
• Maintain a portfolio of completed projects and assist in client pitches with creative inputs.
• Ensure designs meet brand standards and client expectations while maintaining quality and safety.
