Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal for a Customer Service Associate. The primary responsibilities include providing efficient and effective customer support through multiple channels such as phone, email, and chat. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Associates will collaborate with team members and adhere to guidelines to resolve customer issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent understanding of Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM tools, is preferred
• Previous experience in a customer service or related role is an added advantage
