Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Customer Relationship Manager, based in Nashik. The incumbent will ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include

• ERP System Handling
• Data entry into ERP
• Managing O&M team of on-field engineers
• Submitting monthly/weekly reports and dashboards
• Customer handling

Qualifications

• Ability to make data entry in ERP
• Data management - MS Excel and MS Word
• Ability to multi task
• Strong interpersonal skills
