Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with 0 to 5 years of experience to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong passion for sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibility

Achieve business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.

Identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments according to organizational norms.

Ensure high customer satisfaction levels by proactively understanding their needs and cross-selling multiple products.

Execute sales promotion activities to build customer interest in the TCFSL brand.

Build strong client relationships both internally and externally, and establish a strong brand identification with potential customers.

Ensure vendor empanelment and develop relationships with new vendors.

Develop strong distribution channels and ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations.

Job

Graduate in any discipline.

Strong knowledge of banking and financial services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a team and achieve sales targets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.

Experience in customer service, sales, housing, and relationship building.

Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
