You will be responsible for achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. As a graduate in any discipline, you will identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments according to organizational norms. It will be your duty to ensure the number of logins along with disbursements and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively understanding customer needs and cross-selling multiple products as required. You are expected to execute sales promotion activities to generate customer interest in the TCFSL brand and build strong client relationships both internally and externally. Building a strong brand identification with potential customers is crucial for this role. Additionally, you will be required to ensure vendor empanelment, develop relationships with new vendors, and establish strong distribution channels. Another key aspect of this role is to ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations to maintain the integrity and legality of the business operations.,
