Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Gurugram. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day customer interactions, provide customer support, ensure customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving any issues, and maintaining an organized record of customer interactions.


Qualifications

  • Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Customer Support and Customer Service Representative skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the healthcare or fertility industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred


Key Responsibilities:

Handle patient calls, queries, and walk-ins with empathy and professionalism.

Provide accurate information about treatments, appointments, and procedures.

Maintain records and ensure seamless coordination with doctors and clinical staff.

Take ownership of patient follow-ups, ensuring no query is left unresolved.

Support patients in understanding financial plans, EMI options, and treatment details.

Uphold confidentiality and sensitivity in all communications.


Requirements:

Language skills: Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service; healthcare/IVF experience preferred.

Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.

Proactive attitude with a sense of responsibility and ownership.

Willingness to work 6 days a week.
