Customer Service Representative

Role Overview

We're looking for articulate and empathetic Customer Experience (CX) Agents to be the voice of the company. Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via chat, email, and phone with empathy and clarity.
• Visit customers and actively participate in field marketing events to understand customers better.
• Listen actively, acknowledge concerns, and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and accurate communication.
• Work closely with internal teams (ops, tech, category) to resolve escalations.
• Keep detailed records of interactions and follow up where necessary.
• Share customer insights to help improve product and service offerings.
• Represent the company’s values with warmth, patience, and professionalism.

Requirements

• 6 years of experience in customer service in e-commerce or quick commerce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong active listening skills and a genuine desire to help customers.
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Available to join immediately or within 2 weeks.
