As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of customer support professionals, monitoring the entire customer service process, and resolving customer issues efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating procedures and policies to ensure effective customer service - Planning and implementing training programs for customer support professionals - Standardizing the customer service delivery across the organization - Interviewing potential candidates and recruiting the best candidates for the team - Tracking the performance of every customer service representative and conducting quality assurance surveys - Conveying customer feedback to the team and helping them improve - Fixing appointments with clients and customers according to their convenience - Interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience and sharing feedback with the team - Possessing the knowledge and skills to enhance the organization's customer service - Creating a pleasant work environment for customer service professionals In addition to the above responsibilities, the company expects you to have a Bachelor's degree, proficiency in English, and availability for night shifts.
