Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Palghat for a Customer Service Representative at Wings Of Care. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, scheduling appointments and delivering excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis. Key Responsibilities: Must be genuine, dependable and punctual to work Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage appointment bookings Verify patient information and ensure accurate data entry into medical records Handle patient check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments Communicate effectively with medical staff to coordinate schedules Resolve patient concerns or escalate them as needed to the appropriate personnel Maintain a clean and organized work environment Comply with all privacy and confidentiality regulations Qualification: High school diploma No previous experience required- All trainings provided Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency to read and write Malayalam, must understand basic English Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure A positive attitude and strong work ethic Work Schedule: 10:00AM to 6:30PM (Monday to Saturday) (*Subject to change) Breaks provided Meals not included Show more Show less
