Customer Service Representative

At Suqah, we’re building more than just a clothing brand – we’re creating an experience. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who can make sure every interaction feels seamless, kind, and problem-free.

What you’ll be doing:

* Replying to customer emails and DMs regarding queries, returns, and exchanges.

* Coordinating with our logistics partners to track returns and exchanges.

* Processing and updating customer return requests through our internal dashboards.

* Keeping an eye on inventory levels and shipping timelines to provide customers with accurate updates.

* Helping customers pick the right sizes and products with personalized recommendations.

* Flagging recurring issues/feedback to the team to improve product and service quality.

* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and exchanges.

* Working closely with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

What we’re looking for:

* Strong written communication skills (clear, polite, and professional).

* Problem-solving mindset with patience and empathy for customers.

* Comfortable using dashboards, email, and basic tools (Google Sheets, etc.).

* Highly organized with the ability to track multiple customer cases at once.

* Bonus if you’ve worked in e-commerce or customer support before!
