Roles & Responsibilities • Research and pitch fresh content ideas weekly, aligned with SUQAH’s aesthetic and voice. • Help create and edit short-form content (Reels, Posts, stories) using trending formats but with a SUQAH spin. • Track competitors, industry shifts, and cultural references that SUQAH can tap into. • Assist in planning and execution of shoots (behind-the-scenes capture, moodboarding, logistics). • Manage posting calendars and ensure consistency across Instagram, Threads, email, and broadcast channels. • Monitor analytics and engagement to suggest what’s working vs what isn’t. • Support in influencer research, outreach, and tracking collaborations. What we’re looking for • A sharp eye for aesthetics and detail • Someone who lives online and understands social media culture • Basic editing/design skills (CapCut, Canva, Figma, or similar tools) • Strong writing and communication ability • Proactive, reliable, and respectful of deadlines (we love creativity, but we also love calendars) Work setup This is a hybrid role — 3 days a week in office, the rest remote. What you’ll be doing: * Replying to customer emails and DMs regarding queries, returns, and exchanges. * Coordinating with our logistics partners to track returns and exchanges. * Processing and updating customer return requests through our internal dashboards. * Keeping an eye on inventory levels and shipping timelines to provide customers with accurate updates. * Helping customers pick the right sizes and products with personalized recommendations. * Flagging recurring issues/feedback to the team to improve product and service quality. * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and exchanges. * Working closely with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
