Customer Service Representative

You will be part of a team at Suqah that is focused on creating an experience rather than just a clothing brand. Your role as a Customer Service Representative will involve ensuring that every customer interaction is seamless, kind, and hassle-free. Key Responsibilities: - Responding to customer emails and direct messages to address queries, returns, and exchanges. - Coordinating with logistics partners to monitor returns and exchanges. - Processing and managing customer return requests using internal dashboards. - Monitoring inventory levels and shipping timelines to provide customers with accurate updates. - Assisting customers in selecting the appropriate sizes and products through personalized recommendations. - Identifying recurring issues or feedback to help enhance product and service quality. - Maintaining precise records of customer interactions and exchanges. - Collaborating closely with the operations team to guarantee smooth order fulfillment. Qualifications Required: - Excellent written communication skills that are clear, polite, and professional. - A problem-solving approach with patience and empathy towards customers. - Proficiency in using dashboards, email, and basic tools such as Google Sheets. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer cases simultaneously. - Previous experience in e-commerce or customer support would be a bonus.
