Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Customer Service Representative. The position involves addressing customer queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions through various communication channels, maintaining a high standard of customer experience, and supporting process improvements to enhance service delivery. You will play a key role in building positive relationships with customers and contributing to their overall experience with our services.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
• Strong skills in managing Customer Experience and Customer Relationships
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and handling digital communication channels
• Undergraduates can also apply.
• Language required English and Hindi.
