We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team in the retail sector. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Provide excellent customer service to clients through various channels. Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience. Job Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of banking products and services is desirable. Problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary. Experience in customer service, preferably in the BFSI industry, is preferred. Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities is required. A graduate degree is required for this position.
