Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team in the retail sector. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the BFSI industry

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues courteously and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of banking and financial products and services is required.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and technology is preferred.
