Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in liabilities, branch banking, or customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and courteously.
Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and walk-in.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Identify and escalate potential risks or issues to senior management.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
