Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in customer service. Roles and Responsibility Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally. Provide excellent customer service through various channels. Respond to customer complaints and concerns promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience. Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products. Job Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficient in using technology and software applications. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Experience working in a bank or financial institution is preferred. Any graduate can apply for this position.
