Job Description

As a Customer Care Executive (Voice) at our company, your role will involve interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat to provide prompt solutions to their queries. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction and convert them into loyal advocates of our brand. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries - Offer accurate and detailed information about products, pricing, and availability - Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements - Perform data entry tasks on various platforms Qualifications Required: - Graduation is a must - Proficiency in English and Hindi languages - Willingness to work in day rotational shifts for girls and 24*7 rotational shifts for boys - Preferably 1-3 years of experience in a similar role - Strong phone etiquette, along with exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively In addition to the above, our company offers health insurance, provident fund, performance bonuses, shift allowances, yearly bonuses, and a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth.
