Job Description

ANZ is looking for Customer service, Fraud and Scams First Responders Officer to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Investigate fraud cases and identify patterns and trends.
Develop and implement strategies to prevent scams and fraudulent activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints.
Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement in customer service and fraud prevention.
Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on best practices.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Experience in fraud investigation and analysis.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
