What You will Do

Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats with confidence and professionalism.
Resolve complex customer issues while maintaining a friendly and assertive tone.
Use your skills in MS Office and, if available, GDS tools like Amadeus or Galileo.
Work flexible shifts in a 24x7 operation, including weekends, with rotational weekly offs.

Who You Are

Excellent communicator in English with a passion for helping customers.
Energetic, confident, and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Experienced in aviation, hospitality, travel, OTA, or BPO customer service? Thats a plus!
Graduate in any stream; Hotel Management or Aviation Diploma holders are welcome too.
