Job Description

Experience:

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and architect data modernization/transformation projects using AWS services.
Manage and mentor a team of data engineers and analysts.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery.
Design and implement scalable data architectures and solutions.
Oversee the migration of large datasets to AWS, ensuring data integrity and security.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure best practices in data management and governance are followed.

Required Skills and Experience:

10+ years of experience in data architecture and analytics.
Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Redshift, S3, Glue, Lambda, RDS, and others.
Proven experience in delivering 1-2 large data migration/modernization projects using AWS.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
Experience with data governance and security best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or AWS Certified Big Data Specialty.
Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP) is a plus.
Familiarity with machine learning and AI technologies.
