SALES EXECUTIVE / CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Salary : Upto 30 k in hand for Sales Executive (Hike is being given on last drawn salary and experience)

Upto 30 k CTC for Customer Service Executive

Roles And Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
Explain products or services and answer customer questions.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, sales, and customer information in CRM.
Follow up with leads via phone and email.
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

Any graduate fresher / experienced can apply.
Hindi and English are the mandatory languages to be known.
