Customer Service Executive Tata AIA (Voice Process)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and provide accurate information.
  • Resolve customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain call logs, records, and follow-up details.
  • Adhere to process guidelines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer issues.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: HSC or Graduate (any stream).
  • Versant Score: Minimum score of 5 (mandatory).
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Basic typing skills with good accuracy.

Salary Structure:

  • Fresher: 21,000 (In-hand)
  • Experienced: 25,000 (In-hand)

Work Details:

  • Shift Timing: Day rotational shifts between 7 AM to 10 PM.
  • Training: Paid training for 1822 days.
