Job Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries across phone, email, chat, and social channels.
  • Demonstrate sensitivity and understanding of luxury brand values in every interaction.
  • Provide tailored assistance, ensuring each customer feels valued, heard, and understood.
  • Manage order-related inquiries including product information, order status, delivery updates, returns, exchanges, refunds, and store coordination.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Stores, Warehouse, CRM, Logistics, Brand Teams) to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate case logs and update CRM systems consistently.
  • Identify patterns in customer concerns and escalate to team leads for improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to service SLAs & quality standards.
  • Uphold a calm, composed demeanor during challenging conversations.
