Hiring for Customer Service Executive

Role & responsibilities

Employer Service Helpdesk (Helpdesk Operator)
Resolve Queries through Software/tools (Attend calls)

Preferred candidate profile

Graduates (Any stream)
Fresher with good communication skills (good spoken English is mandatory)
Individuals with 6 months experience in customer service will be considered for the requirement.

Willingness to work in shifts

Week Offs: 1 week off (Roster will be shared for the same)

Office Location - Goregoan (Nesco)
