Job Description:As an International Voice Process Associate for a Customer Support domain, you will be responsible for handling customer calls from international clients, providing effective and efficient solutions for a range of inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to maintain a professional and courteous tone at all times.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound queries from customers in a professional and friendly manner.Identify and resolve customer complaints by providing timely solutions.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries promptly.Meet individual and team performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues.
