PROFILE- CUSTOMER SERVICE

PROCESS- VOICE PROCESS

LOCATION- BANGALORE ( Kudlu Gate, Shivajinagar,Manyata Tech Park).

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-

*Resolving customer issues brought to your attention.

*Ensuring customer satisfaction by listening to them and solving their problems.

*Performing quality assurance surveys with customers.

*Interacting with customers to determine whether they have a desirable and shareable experience.

*Possessing the knowledge and ability to improve customer service experience of the customers.

ELIGIBILITY

FOR SHIVAJINAGAR AND KUDLUGATE

*Only Graduate can apply.

*Fresher/Experienced both can apply.

*Hindi and English Both are Mandatory.

*Fluent Communication Required.

FOR MANYATA TECH PARK-

*Undergraduate/Graduate both can apply.

*Minimum 6 month of experience manadatory.

*Communication Skills: Brilliant presentation and strong verbal/written skills.

*Must be comfortable with Work From Office.

*Blended Process/Chat process.

SALARY-

FRESHERS: UPTO 20k CTC

EXPERIENCED: UPTO 30k CTC
