Job Summary:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for customer service operations. The role involves handling customer queries through voice, email, and chat, providing accurate information, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Candidates should have strong communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and a service-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via calls, email, and chat in a professional manner
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
• Resolve issues by researching and troubleshooting effectively
• Escalate complex queries to the relevant team when required
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure service quality standards
• Cross-sell relevant products based on customer requirements
• Make outbound calls when required (for support purposes)

Eligibility Criteria

• Voice Support:

   Intermediate & above

• Email & Chat Support:

   Graduation mandatory
• Undergraduates & Graduates can apply

• Note:

   Pursuing higher education & B. Pharmacy students are not eligible

Experience

• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply (Voice Support)
• Minimum 

  1 year experience in Email/Chat support

   is mandatory for non-voice roles

Skills Required

• SVAR Score: 

  50 & above

• Excellent communication skills in 

  English & Hindi

• Regional language proficiency preferred
• Good written communication for email & chat support
• Typing speed 

  36 WPM with 95% accuracy

   (for chat/email roles)
• Basic computer knowledge & MS Office
• Strong customer handling, problem-solving & analytical skills
• Patience, empathy, and a customer-focused approach

Work Details

• 6 working days with 

  1 rotational week off

• Rotational shifts

• 2-way cab facility

   up to 35 km radius (nodal points)

  OR

   2,000 transport allowance
