Job Title: Customer Care Executive

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our support team. The role involves assisting customers through voice, email, and chat support by resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Candidates with strong communication skills and a service mindset are encouraged to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Attend customer interactions through calls, emails, and chats
• Understand customer concerns and provide effective resolutions
• Ensure timely and accurate responses as per quality standards
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team
• Support customers with transactions and service requests
• Upsell or cross-sell suitable products based on customer needs
• Follow company policies, compliance, and service guidelines

Candidate Requirements

• Voice Support:

   Intermediate / 12th pass & above

• Email & Chat Support:

   Graduation mandatory
• Freshers are welcome for voice support roles
• Minimum 

  1 year experience in Email or Chat support

   for non-voice roles
• Higher education pursuing candidates & B. Pharmacy students are not eligible

Skills & Competencies

• SVAR score 

  50+

• Strong verbal & written communication in 

  English & Hindi

• Regional language skills will be an added advantage
• Good typing speed & accuracy (for email/chat roles)
• Working knowledge of computers and MS Office
• Excellent problem-solving and customer-handling skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts

Work Schedule & Benefits
