We are hiring for Customer Support Executives role for multiple reputed companies across Gurgaon and Noida. This is a great opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates looking to build a career in the customer service / BPO industry.

Role: Customer Care Executive

Location: Gurgaon / Noida

Salary: Up to 3 LPA with 5 /6 Days of working

Shifts: Rotational (Day/Night)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Effectively resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests within set timelines.
Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams as needed.
Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
Follow communication scripts and adhere to standard operating procedures.
Achieve performance targets including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Candidate Requirements:

Undergraduate / Graduate all are eligible.
Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome.
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
