We are hiring for CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE for NOIDA, DELHI AND GURUGRAM

Salary- Upto 4 LPA (Depend upon communicaton and experience )

Working Condition:-

5/6 working days
Rotational off
Rotational shift

Experienced/Fresher/graduate all can apply

CANDIDATE MUST BE EXCELLENT IN ENGLISH COMMUNICATION

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers via phone, email, or chat to understand their needs and present relevant products/services.
Convert leads into sales through persuasive communication and relationship-building.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and conduct regular customer outreach to nurture relationships.

Qualifications:

Undergraduate/Graduate both can apply.
Fresher and Experience both can apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
