Job Description

Job Summary:

Tech Mahindra’s Inbound Voice Process

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage

    international inbound customer calls

    in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Address billing inquiries and provide clear explanations of charges, billing cycles, prorated fees, service taxes, auto-pay setups, and more.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain updated records in the

    CRM system

    .
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Demonstrate patience, empathy, and logical thinking while dealing with challenging situations.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience:

  • 6 to 11 months: U1 Band (₹3.80 – ₹4.25 LPA)
  • 12 to 17 months: U1-Exp Band (₹4.00 – ₹4.25 LPA)
  • 18+ months: U2 Band (₹4.60 – ₹4.70 LPA)
  • Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum

    1 year of experience

    in inbound voice customer service.
  • Excellent

    English verbal communication

    skills with a clear and confident tone.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Prior experience with

    CRM tools

    and customer support platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and take quick decisions independently.
  • Should possess a

    customer-first mindset

    with spontaneous and logical thinking.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in handling

    telecom billing

    related queries.
  • Understanding of billing components like recurring charges, due dates, surcharges, auto-pay, and taxes.
  • Strong articulation and clarity in communication.
  • Ability to de-escalate tense situations with professionalism.

Shift & Work Details:

  • Shift:

    Rotational (24x7 environment)
  • Work Days:

    5 days a week (2 rotational week-offs)
  • Work Mode:

    Work from Office
  • Transport:

    Cab facility available both ways

    (within transport coverage radius)
  • Joining:

    Immediate
