About the Role:

We are hiring experienced professionals for the Escalation Desk (Flipkart L2 Process). The role requires handling escalated customer queries via voice calls, providing timely and effective resolution, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming voice calls from customers for escalated issues.
Listen actively to customer concerns, empathize, and resolve queries efficiently.
Provide accurate information related to products, services, or order concerns.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
Maintain high standards of customer experience during every interaction.
Log and document each interaction accurately as per process guidelines.
Meet performance benchmarks related to call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of documented experience in the BPO industry (mandatory).
Communication Skills:
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
Ability to handle irate customers and provide solutions calmly and professionally.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
