Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing candidates through various job portals, social media platforms, and databases.
• Screening resumes and shortlisting potential candidates.
• Conducting initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintaining proper documentation and updating candidate records.
• Assisting in lead generation and business development activities.
