Key Responsibilities: Sourcing candidates through various job portals, social media platforms, and databases. Screening resumes and shortlisting potential candidates. Conducting initial telephonic interviews. Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients. Maintaining proper documentation and updating candidate records. Assisting in lead generation and business development activities. Who Can Apply: Students or fresh graduates looking to build a career in HR/recruitment. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
