About the Company: Athena BPO Pvt. Ltd. is a leading Business Process Outsourcing company with a strong presence in the banking and finance sector. We specialize in customer acquisition, lead generation, and tele-sales services for top financial institutions like ICICI Bank, Tata Capital, Standard Chartered, and Yes Bank. Roles & Responsibilities: Outbound calling for lead generation – Credit Card, Personal Loan, Home Loan, Education Loan, Gold Loan Promote financial products of leading banks and NBFCs Maintain call logs and follow up with leads Meet daily/weekly call and lead targets Requirements: Education: HSC (12th Pass) – Mandatory Experience: Freshers & Experienced welcome Age: 18+ | Gender: Male & Female Communication: Basic to Excellent English skills Shift: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM | 6 Days (Sunday Off) Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹21,000 in-hand + Attractive Incentives (Based on communication skills) Walk-in Interview: 🕥 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM | 📅 Monday to Saturday 📍 Athena BPO Pvt.
