Job Description

Summary

Coordinating with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant technical /commercia1 information.What You'll Do
  • Providing high-quality technical support, perform a wiae range of activities on 8eTirno Control Valves + Actuators + Sensors and Competitor products Analysis including technical market research, technical requirements and competitive an alysis, solution implementation, benchmark of products.
  • Proactive Commissioning and technical support to major projects involving VAV/EPTV/EV sales done.
  • Contact and call on OEMs, consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, architects, utility companies. and owners to achieve annual goals.
  • Conduct application training to above reference key decision makers.
  • Conduct Site visits to minimum 50 projects in respective region/year to verify and validate the functionality of the installed products.
  • Work with specifying engineers and design- build contractors to help specify valves and actuators products.
  • Guide and coordinate witn Internal Team/OEM/Resellers/Contractors/ System Integrators on replacement process and implementing on the same
  • Guide and co-ordinate with Internal Team/OEM/Resellers/Contractors/System Integretors on replacement process and implementing on the same.
  • Product Data Analysis to deline improvement actions and implementation.
  • Check Test and Analyse defective return product and prepare fault report and to conclude warranty claim.
  • Share monthly product fault analysis with Team and give pointers to reduce failure from recurring to Internal Team/OEM/Resellers/Contractors/ System Integrators
  • Identify and generate business of renewal/retrofit/revamp/replacement business at End Users location during product resolution visits
  • Enhance brand value of Belimo by conducting knowledge/technical sessions on features/installation and troubleshooting of BELIMO products covering Contractors/Resellers/OEMs/System Integrators/End User teams engaged in site activities.
  • Extend customer support to gain the confidence from customer.

  • Educational Requirements: University Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic or Control Engineering
  • Working Experiences: Min 3 years proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative.
Background and/or knowledge in Building Automated Systems
  • Special Requirements: Good command of written and spoken English
Proficiency in MS Office
