JD for Sr. Executive Accounting , Taxation & Finance Responsibilities Ø Financial & Accounts Management : · Assist accounts manager/consultant in preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial MIS report’s as per Indian GAAP and IFRS for Stavis package report as per parent company’s requirement. · Review of report prepared including accounting work of accounts executive under accounts manager guidance. Support to supervise and monitor accounting staff daily operations. Provide training and guidance to junior accounting staff on GST, TDS or statutory filings. Support and communicate with other company department for accounting requirement. · Oversee reconciliation and verification of FA, Inventory at Warehouses, and branches done by accounts team. · Assist or conduct internal audit and preparation of documentation of findings including implementation of recommendations from management. · Handling ad-hoc projects as and when required. Ø Taxation : Preparation of statutory tax returns of the company GST, TCS, TDS etc monthly, quarterly and annually including filing under the guidance of accounts manager and independently. • Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory by driving adoption and conversion of leads into sales for Digital Radiography Systems, Mammography systems, Dynamic Digital Radiography (DDR), Digital Radio-fluoroscopy machines and premium Ultrasound solutions. • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, diagnostic centers, and radiology departments by conducting regular visits, including cold calls, technical discussions, and techno-clinical presentations. • Lead and manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation and opportunity qualification to final negotiation and closure. • Conduct and support live product demonstrations, working in coordination with the application and service team to highlight product strengths and clinical advantages. • If needed, identify and appoint new dealers or sub-dealers in untapped areas and support their ramp-up through training and marketing. • Support the regional sales and dealer teams with technical knowledge, product training, and field support during complex sales negotiations. • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports; monitor demo usage, effectiveness, and ROI. • Assist in market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and help develop pricing and positioning strategies. • Plan and execute regional marketing initiatives, workshops, and radiology-focused ME programs in coordination with the team. • Monitor post-sale customer satisfaction and work cross-functionally to ensure smooth installation, application training, and after-sales support. • Mentor and manage field application specialists assigned within the region; schedule deployments aligned to high-priority sales needs. • Undertake ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by the senior leadership team. Qualifications & Experience: • Graduate in Science/Engineering/Biomedical Engineering/MBA. • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in sales, product, or application management (X-ray and diagnostic imaging field experience will be preferred). • Strong technical knowledge of general radiography, digital radiography, mammography, and related clinical workflows. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
