• Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory by driving adoption and conversion of leads into sales for Digital Radiography Systems, Mammography systems, Dynamic Digital Radiography (DDR), Digital Radio-fluoroscopy machines and premium Ultrasound solutions.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, diagnostic centers, and radiology departments by conducting regular visits, including cold calls, technical discussions, and techno-clinical presentations.
• Lead and manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation and opportunity qualification to final negotiation and closure.
• Conduct and support live product demonstrations, working in coordination with the application and service team to highlight product strengths and clinical advantages.
• If needed, identify and appoint new dealers or sub-dealers in untapped areas and support their ramp-up through training and marketing.
• Support the regional sales and dealer teams with technical knowledge, product training, and field support during complex sales negotiations.
• Prepare and submit weekly sales reports; monitor demo usage, effectiveness, and ROI.
• Assist in market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and help develop pricing and positioning strategies.
• Plan and execute regional marketing initiatives, workshops, and radiology-focused ME programs in coordination with the team.
• Monitor post-sale customer satisfaction and work cross-functionally to ensure smooth installation, application training, and after-sales support.
• Mentor and manage field application specialists assigned within the region; schedule deployments aligned to high-priority sales needs.
• Undertake ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by the senior leadership team. Qualifications & Experience:
• Graduate in Science/Engineering/Biomedical Engineering/MBA.
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in sales, product, or application management (X-ray and diagnostic imaging field experience will be preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of general radiography, digital radiography, mammography, and related clinical workflows.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
