Customer Service Chat Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer queries via chat in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner.
• Resolve issues related to orders, returns, delivery status, product information, billing, and account concerns.
• Provide accurate and complete information to customers while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth issue resolution.
• Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to compliance guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Mandatory experience in international chat support.

• Retail domain experience

  as per career level (minimum 1–3 years).
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
• Proficiency in using chat platforms and CRM tools.
• Flexibility to work in a

  24x7 shift environment

  including weekends and public holidays.
