The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, proactive in handling customers, and comfortable with basic tools and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Manage customer interactions through calls, WhatsApp, and email. Execute and monitor WhatsApp marketing campaigns. Make professional outbound calls to assist, inform, or follow up with customers. Maintain strong product knowledge and share accurate insights with customers. Work on Excel, Google Sheets, and Tally for daily reporting and documentation. Maintain records of daily tasks, follow-ups, and customer feedback. Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi. Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in customer service or client handling. Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Tally. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Well-organized and punctual with task completion. Ability to manage multiple customer queries with professionalism.
