🎯 Role Objective

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced E-commerce Manager to lead and optimize our digital commerce strategy across both D2C platforms and leading marketplaces. This role is central to our brand’s digital growth and revenue acceleration.


🔧 Key Responsibilities

D2C Website Management

Oversee operations of our Shopify-based e-commerce store, including product listings and conversion funnel enhancement.


Marketplace Strategy

Manage and grow presence on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other relevant platforms. Own the strategy and execution for listing, promotions, A+ content, pricing, and inventory coordination.


Campaign & Performance Marketing

Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to plan product launches and promotional campaigns. Monitor and optimize ad spends across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Amazon Ads.


Sales & Analytics

Track KPIs including traffic, conversions, ROAS, ACOS, and customer retention. Generate weekly/monthly reports and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.


Customer Experience & Logistics Coordination

Liaise with operations and fulfillment teams to ensure timely dispatches, minimal returns, and consistent 5-star customer service across platforms.


Competitor & Trend Analysis

Stay ahead of market trends, pricing models, and category performance benchmarks to ensure Adivaa’s products maintain competitive edge.


✅ Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce (D2C + marketplaces)


Strong working knowledge of Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and performance marketing dashboards


Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Excel/Google Sheets


Proven ability to manage campaigns, product launches, and performance metrics


Experience in wellness, health-tech, or lifestyle sectors is an added advantage


Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
