Job Description

You will be responsible for various key roles and responsibilities as outlined below: - Customer Acquisition & Onboarding: - Identify potential customers and explain chit fund schemes. - Guide new customers through the application and documentation process. - Ensure KYC compliance as per regulatory guidelines. - Educate customers about the rules, benefits, and risks of chit funds. - Customer Relationship Management: - Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. - Address customer queries, concerns, and grievances promptly. - Ensure smooth communication between customers and the company. - Provide periodic updates on chit fund schemes and auctions. - Auction Process Coordination: - Inform members about upcoming auctions and bidding procedures. - Address disputes or objections raised by members. - Ensure timely collection of monthly contributions from subscribers. - Coordinate with the accounts team to maintain updated records. - Compliance & Documentation: - Ensure adherence to The Chit Funds Act, 1982, and other relevant laws. - Maintain proper records of customer agreements, transactions, and communications. - Ensure all customer interactions comply with legal and ethical standards. - Customer Retention & Engagement: - Implement strategies to retain existing customers and encourage renewals. - Organize customer awareness programs or meetings. - Gather feedback to improve customer experience. - Resolve disputes amicably to maintain trust. - Reporting & Coordination: - Prepare reports on customer feedback, collections, and auction performance. - Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional activities. - Provide insights to management for improving services and operations. - Other activities include: - Visit high-end customers. - Make default collection calls as and when necessary. - Conduct field marketing as and when necessary.
