Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Officer located in Kharar. The Customer Relationship Officer will interact with customers, build lasting relationships, and address their banking needs. Responsibilities will include promoting banking products, addressing customer inquiries, supporting financial transactions, and contributing to sales efforts by aligning solutions to customer requirements. The officer will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and the ability to maintain and grow client relationships
Understanding of Finance and banking products, including retail and SME services
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers
Ability to provide exceptional Customer Service and address customer concerns professionally
Experience in Sales, with the ability to promote and cross-sell banking products
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in an on-site role
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
