We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the Indian job market context. As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective customer relationship strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely and efficient manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers
Conduct customer research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences
Provide regular reports and updates on customer feedback and insights to the management team
Develop and maintain customer databases and records
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to customer service
Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in customer relationship management

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
2-5 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the Indian job market context
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Willingness to travel as required
