We are seeking a skilled IT Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in IT administration, working with various operating systems and software applications. The role requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a team environment. The IT Admin will be responsible for maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely resolutions
• Ensure the security and integrity of company data, and implement effective backup and recovery strategies
• Collaborate with other teams to support business operations, and provide technical guidance and assistance as needed
• Install and configure hardware and software, and maintain documentation of system configurations and changes
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and recommend improvements to the company's IT systems
• Provide technical support to end-users, and assist with training and onboarding as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in IT administration or related field
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Proficiency in networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
• Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure
• Experience with backup and recovery strategies, and disaster recovery planning
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with other teams
